FAQS

  • Which cabinet type is best for my budget?

During your showroom consultation, our design team will help you compare all three options and recommend the solution that best fits your home and investment.

Absolutely. We provide professional installation for all cabinets purchased through ICON Kitchen & Bath. From final measurements and delivery coordination to expert installation and project management, our team oversees every step to ensure a seamless experience and exceptional results—so you can work with one trusted team from start to finish.

  • What types of cabinets does Icon Kitchen and Bath offer?

Icon Kitchen and Bath offers all three types stock, semi-custom, and fully custom cabinets, from the finest brands that uphold the highest quality standards.

  • What is difference between stock, semi-custom and fully custom cabinets?

Stock cabinets provide an excellent balance of affordability and quick availability, while custom cabinets stand out with their unmatched design flexibility, personalized services from a designer and installer, and top-tier craftsmanship. Semi-custom cabinets offer a perfect middle ground, combining elements of both for a high-quality option that balances customization and budget.

  • How long does it take to receive my cabinets?

The delivery of your cabinets depends on the type you choose, but our standard timeframe is between four to six weeks.

  • How do I clean my Kitchen cabinets?

1-Avoid damaging your stains and finish by blotting the cabinet surface instead of wiping when wet

2-Be sure to use only mild cleaners when cleaning cabinet surfaces

3-Cleaning products should never be sprayed directly onto the wood. Apply product to a cleaning cloth instead

4-Damp soft cloths should be used to clean cabinets on a regular basis

5-Excess water should be dried immediately to avoid water damage to cabinet finishes

6- Food should never be left open in cabinets. Keep food tightly sealed to avoid attracting unwanted guests!

7- Great organization is key! Invest in some cabinet organizers such as spice racks, modular containers, and labels.

8- Icon kitchen & bath recommends using a cleaner that contains a degreasing agent as well as a cleaning agent to bring the beauty of the finish and cabinetry to its peak. Washing the cabinetry with soap and water should be avoided, as this may leave a film and can harm the finish if left on the surface too long. Always immediately and thoroughly dry any cabinet surface exposed to water or moisture. Do not use a cleaner or polish that contains silicone, as this will limit any repairs that may ever need to be made to the cabinetry. (For example,

if you scratch your cabinetry after applying a product that contains silicone and then try to use a touch-up kit to repair the scratch, the aerosol top coat will repel and create a “fish-eye” appearance.)

Always check the label on the bottle or can to verify that no silicone exists in the product. There are several good cleaners and polishes on the market that do not contain silicone, and these products should do a good job.

9- Like fine furniture, wood cabinets should be dusted periodically. Always dust your cabinetry with a polish- moistened cloth. However, do not over-moisten the cloth. Using a cloth moistened from a faucet is not recommended by Icon Kitchen and Bath, as excessive water or moisture on the cabinetry may cause a finish failure. Again, always be sure to immediately and thoroughly dry any cabinet surface exposed to water or moisture. Avoid dry dusting, as this may scratch the surface. It is a good practice to follow

the grain of the wood while dusting, because wiping against the grain may cause scratches to appear if the dust contains grit. In normal use, residues such as cooking vapors, cigarette smoke, or body oils might accumulate on the finished wood cleaner. Again, do not saturate the cloth, and use the appropriate amount of pressure needed to remove the residue. To avoid scratching the finish, remember to select a cloth that is not coarse or abrasive. It is recommended that you use a soft, absorbent cleaning cloth that does not leave lint, such as cotton or flannel. This will make cleaning much easier and more effective.

Choosing the right kitchen cabinets is easier when you can compare them in person.
