2.Timeline & Budget Planning
- We will start by establishing a preliminary timeline and setting a budget tailored to your needs.
- Once we have a clear understanding of your project requirements, we’ll focus on creating a budget that aligns with your vision. At this stage, the cost won’t affect the quality we deliver, but will instead offer a range of options to suit different finishes, styles, and sizes. Our designer will prepare multiple budget scenarios, each offering distinct value propositions. We work exclusively with top-tier brands to ensure the highest quality. After reviewing these options and addressing any questions, our designer will be fully equipped to develop a solution that perfectly meets your project’s needs and preferences.
3. Custom Design Creation
- The design phase is one of the most crucial stages, where our designer collaborates closely with you to explore every detail and bring your vision to life. This process typically involves multiple meetings, either at Icon’s showroom or through phone consultations, ensuring that every aspect of the design meets your expectations.
4. Material Selection Consultation
- Our designer will work closely with you to assist in selecting the perfect materials from the top brands available at the Icon showroom. Once the materials are chosen and finalized, we will review the details with you twice, ensuring accuracy, including a final check of all measurements before placing the order.
- Lead times for materials may vary, and your timeline will typically begin once we receive your deposit.
- From this point forward, you will receive regular updates on the progress of your project. For example, when materials are ordered, you’ll be notified via email or text message with the expected delivery date. You’ll also receive updates when the installation date is scheduled, along with detailed start times. We’ll keep you informed every step of the way to ensure a smooth process.
5. Project Management & Updates
- Before the materials are ordered, a dedicated project manager will be assigned to oversee the seamless execution of your project. The project manager will ensure everything runs smoothly and provide you with regular updates on the progress.
6. Professional Installation
- Our skilled installation team guarantees precision and attention to detail, ensuring top-tier results.
- A provisional installation date will be scheduled based on your materials' availability and overall project timeline, with flexibility to accommodate any ongoing contractor work during the ordering phase.
7. Final Review & Follow-Up
- After the project is completed, a member of Icon’s follow-up team will visit the site to conduct a final review, ensuring that every detail meets our standards and that you are fully satisfied with the results.
